What excites you about working for Keypath?聽

It鈥檚 clich茅 to say, but what excites me about working for 91直播are the people that work here. Our core leadership team has a great deal of online program management (OPM) experience with some of the largest players in the space. Organizationally, 91直播benefits from operating as an incubator culturally, while having the financial backing to sustainably grow as quickly as we can 鈥 having the best of both worlds is a great feeling. 聽

Where do you see your specialty going in the next five years?

You can鈥檛 get stuck on any one strategy, source, or process if you want to succeed as a marketer, regardless of what industry you are in. I don鈥檛 even say 鈥渄igital marketer鈥 anymore since digital is so engrained into any marketer鈥檚 palette, I no longer distinguish the two as separate. Working in the online higher education space also means things evolve dramatically year-over-year, as more schools and markets around the world realize the benefits of offering the online modality. I do see the market demanding more options and customization. I think marketers will be the driving force to encourage institutions and their partners to explore new offerings and go beyond traditional degree structures.

How can you use your skills to change the student experience for the better?

Helping universities be explicit about what a program is, who it鈥檚 for, and what students can expect to get out of it, so the student experience is better. It鈥檚 quality over quantity.聽

What motivates you?

Personally, the family and life that my wife and I created with our two beautiful children. 聽

Professionally, this quote from Henry Ford helps motivate and guide me: 鈥淚f I had asked people what they wanted, they would have said faster horses.鈥澛
